outcomes and inspections
Era Care Ltd is committed to ensuring positive outcomes for the young people we work with.
There are systems in place to continually monitor and review the services provided.
These systems include the monthly monitoring of the home through internal monthly Regulation 33 Visits and Reports and Ofsted inspections.
In addition, visits are regularly carried out from placing authorities with the views of young people, parents, social workers and any other significant people in the young person's life being sought. The information and feedback gathered is used to review and develop our practice.
Standards are measured against the five outcomes of Every Child Matters (ECM) and are judged on contributions made to
• Being healthy
• Staying safe
• Enjoying and achieving
• Making a contribution
• Achieving economic wellbeing
Standards in all these areas were met at the last round of Ofsted inspections.
Full copies of all inspection reports are available to local authority staff, parents and young people using our service. |
